My name is Dejan Mirceski. I’m living and growing up in Macedonia — a small country in Europe. My parents both have jobs but their work is not paid much. They are always here for me and give me all their support and advices at anytime.

Now I’m finishing my second faculty at the same University- Department for Nutrition. I found it very interesting for me. This faculty make me happy and satisfy, because of the help and tips that I’m giving to people who suffer from any disease, high weight, bad mood, insomnia, stress and many more undesirable problems, so they can cure and change their lifestyle for better only with eating healthy foods.

Also I’m learning a lot of the Alternative Medicine. I’m trying to help the people by sharing with them some amazing natural remedies that can be effective in prevention of some diseases.

Healthy eating, healthy living and sports in my life

When I started with the faculty that meant that most of the day I spend it sitting in front of my computer. Sitting for a long time in front of computer and lack of physical activity led to an increase in my weight. I became a fat boy, and that was not typical for me because I never had any problems with my weight. Because of weight I have different problems like sleeping very often, headache, stress etc…

Then I decide to change my lifestyle. I simple changed my daily diet, changed my eating habits, started to eat healthy food, started to play football, doing some physical activity and going to the gym. Day after day it became my habit and I managed to lose the excess weight and to regain my normal weight.

Today, healthy eating and healthy living is my lifestyle and I wouldn’t change that. Now I’m working as a wellness coach, giving useful tips for losing weight, improving their lifestyle, and give big motivation to people who need that. I’m tending for a healthier and slimmer world, because what we eat in private we wear in public!
